Frequently Asked Questions

How Long does an average interview Last?

Honestly, Our Interview stages have been clearly defined and we have always tried to stick to this format, throughout every role, We take hiring and enhancing careers very seriously and with that being said, we realize some roles by nature hold more weight than other, and we every now and then try to add our own methodology to increase testing,

How will my first few days look like?

You will learn our ways and methods inside out. This will help you in catching up to your peers.

And, pretty much after that, you’re a self starter. and Almost an owner/operator in your own right.

What do the results, you talk about look like?

Results can look like any number of things, like this Marketing and Product Management full case we helped an HRMS company Achieve or you can check out our case studies page.

But more or less, success means in career and echelon growth means what moves the needle from one point to another.

Your Culture sounds like "high expectation"

It’s always good to have perceptions and even better when you’re open to them being challenged, Yes we have high Expectations and we treat our in equal rewards.

Having high expectations in a positive manner has always been the biggest driving force

How do you deal with lay-offs and firing spree?

We hate laying people off, and scenarios like arise in only 2 reasons,

1. Lack of basically everything: Being hired is not the only challenge, failure to be a good operator and sticking to company’s culture codex is equally important. Folks, that fail to do that, have often found themselves at the exit gate of company.

2. You are simply a hater: We understand difference of opinion, we can’t stand the difference of opinion being the key factor in taking the wrong step, against a client, or a fellow teammate. We expect a layer of intrigue and welcomeness from everyone.

You sound like a bunch of bigshots

The Founders of Echelon Growth, have been in the shoes of career risers and high potential people, that have been recognized for their skill and talent rather late. And, we believe, that this pattern needs to change, and change starts here. And, that’s how we like to hire. If after all this you believe, you don’t have anything special, submit your resume, let us prove you wrong.

Will you share what you learn?

We hold an internal Fuck-all Friday, that revolves around everyone sharing one piece of their knowledge. and the founders giving one key piece of advise on day to day work life issues.
