Honestly, Our Interview stages have been clearly defined and we have always tried to stick to this format, throughout every role, We take hiring and enhancing careers very seriously and with that being said, we realize some roles by nature hold more weight than other, and we every now and then try to add our own methodology to increase testing,

We hate laying people off, and scenarios like arise in only 2 reasons,
1. Lack of basically everything: Being hired is not the only challenge, failure to be a good operator and sticking to company’s culture codex is equally important. Folks, that fail to do that, have often found themselves at the exit gate of company.
2. You are simply a hater: We understand difference of opinion, we can’t stand the difference of opinion being the key factor in taking the wrong step, against a client, or a fellow teammate. We expect a layer of intrigue and welcomeness from everyone.
